The Pastor’s son
In 2026, I as the son of a pastor have been subjected to a 31 year ‘Holy’ Witch Hunt, conducted by psychopathic law and church officials, which had started during my divorce application in 1995, from a spouse whom had been suffering from a neuropsychiatric disorder, during which child maintenance fraud, child abuse and family law corruption had led to my application for custody over my two minor children.
After I had been granted child custody over my two children by the High Court in 1997, the family law corruption had continued resulting in me loosing custody over my children, followed by the severe traumatization of my children at the hands of their mother, her later spouse, the self admitted child abuser, Mr Henk Janse Van Vuuren, the social worker, Helena van Emmenis and Rev. Hendrik Saayman from NG Moreleta Church, the Children Court Commissioner, Sarie Snyman, High Court Judge: Hon. Swart and Adv Bertie Blom.
After this ordeal, in 2006, attorney Cynthia du Plessis, as a director of Velile Tinto Incorporated, had fraudulently contracted with me, imposing to be a sincere lender for the National Property Database, I had developed.
After attorney Cynthia du Plessis had fraudulently breached the loan agreement, attorney Cynthia du Plessis as director of Velile Tinto Incorporated had unlawfully took possession of my trust funds of more than R800,000,00, in their efforts to prevent me from launching the National Property Database, which was followed by:
- the fraudulent witch hunt by attorney Cynthia du Plessis since 2007,
- the conspiring by attorney Cynthia du Plessis and Velile Tinto Incorporated with Standard Bank SA Pty (Ltd) as my creditor, since 2009,
- the conspiring with the City of Tshwane to fraudulently install 3 (three) faulty electricity metering units consecutively at my residence, since 2010, followed by a fraudulent witch hunt by the City of Tshwane for the false arrears,
- the conspiring with Wandelpark Body Corporate, whom had: 1. Concealed the shooting and killing of a runaway intruder by Me Marie Bosman, an off-duty, Administrative, National Intelligence Agent, since 2003; 2. Committed Services and Minute fraud, to avoid paying my organization more than R700,000,00, for emergency maintenance and safety renovations; 3. Subjected me to a fraudulent witch hunt since 2010 for my arrear levies,
- conspiring with Vesi & De Beer Incorporated, on record of Standard Bank SA Pty (Ltd),
- conspiring with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) to suspend my financial license for 10 (ten) months, from 2014 to 2015, affecting ability to meet my financial obligations towards: 1. Standard Bank Home loan; 2. Wandel Park Body Corporate levy; 3. FSCA Financial Licensing fee; 4. Debilitating me to continue to provide and protect my elderly parents, resulting in the poisoning of my pastor father and in the passing of both of my parents ten (10) days apart, in 2017.
